Mechanical Systems: Nurturing Efficiency and Sustainability

At Vleeming Custom Homes, we prioritize excellence in the core of your home – the mechanical systems. Designed for energy efficiency and sustainability, these systems are crucial for creating a home that meets your current needs and promotes long-term environmental responsibility.

High-Efficiency Heating and Cooling Systems

Our homes are equipped with heating and cooling solutions that may involve a higher upfront investment. However, the payoff lies in the long-term energy savings. These systems not only ensure optimal comfort year-round but also contribute to a reduced ecological footprint, aligning with our dedication to sustainable living.

Advanced Insulation Techniques

Vleeming Custom Homes incorporates advanced insulation techniques as a cornerstone of our commitment to energy-efficient living. While this may contribute to initial construction costs, the lasting benefits include decreased long-term heating and cooling expenses. This approach not only aligns with our dedication to sustainability but also ensures that your home remains comfortable and environmentally conscious.

One of our preferred building methods is the use of the innovative ICE Panel. Building with ICE Panels, we can get R-values of up to R44. In simple terms, the higher the R-value, the better the insulating capabilities of the product. This means that a product with a higher R-value will be more effective at keeping your home warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The benefits are twofold: lower heating and cooling costs and a reduced carbon footprint. Additionally, homes with higher R-values tend to have increased resale value, making it a wise investment in the long run.

In every aspect of our mechanical systems, Vleeming Custom Homes strives for a harmonious blend of innovation and environmental consciousness. Each decision, from heating and cooling to insulation methods, is guided by a vision of creating homes that not only stand the test of time but also contribute positively to the world around us. It’s not just about building a house; it’s about creating a living space that reflects your values and ensures a sustainable future.
