On October 2nd, 2022, we held a public open house to showcase the ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) foundation and ICE (Insulated Composite Envelope) Panel wall construction. At that stage, the interior framing was complete, along with HVAC and electrical rough-ins, and window and door installations.

Another open house was held on February 18th and 19th, 2023, to showcase the home before the owners moved in. Afterward, the finishing touches were completed, and the owners took possession on February 24th, nearly a month ahead of the original schedule.
